Patient F.E.T., female, 46 years old, from rural area, without occupation, with chronic venous insufficiency, was admitted for old leg ulceration (90 days) on her right leg. Following the onset of treatment with GANIKDERMA® product it is evident the autolytic debridement and the formation of granulation tissue.
The initial surface was 140.00 cm2, after 11 days of treatment it was reduced by 10 %.
