Patient T.M., 65 years old, female, from rural area, with no other medical history, presented for a 5 days old wound [dermabrasion] infected, on his left leg, produced by friction between his leg and sand. The initial wound surface was, 32 cm2, after 6 days of treatment – it was reduced by half, and following 26 days of treatment, the burn was fully healed.
